These terms govern the use of the public Smilo directory (smilo.be).
2. Nature of service
Smilo is an intermediation service. Not a healthcare provider.
3. Free for patients
Use of smilo.be is entirely free for patients.
4. Displayed information
Practice info comes from the practices themselves.
5. Booking
A direct contract forms between you and the dental practice. Smilo acts only as technical intermediary.
6. Patient reviews
Only from verified patients:
- 3+ stars: auto-published;
- 1-2 stars: human moderation.
7. Intellectual property
Smilo name/logo/code/design owned by ZODAM Invest SARL.
8. Liability
Means obligation, not result obligation.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law. Courts of Brussels.
